Worldwide Dispatch Times - Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch, especially during busy times of the year such as during Christmas and Bank Holidays.

UK Delivery
- delivery to the UK is free for single multiple cases or pouches. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. We aim to deliver your case in 3 - 10 days. If you live in a remote place, the postal services suggest that you may need to allow extra time.

European Delivery/ US Delivery/ International delivery
Delivery to destinations outside of the UK is £2.95 per item. We send our International packages by Royal Mail Airmail. We aim to deliver your case in 3 - 10 days. If you live in a remote place, the postal services suggest that you may need to allow extra time.
In the case of all international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination.

We endeavour to keep adequate stock of all items listed on our website, however in the event of an item being out of stock you are entitled to choose either to wait until it arrives back in stock, or to cancel your order. If an item you order should be out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible.

All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.
 

Late and Lost Deliveries

UK customers

International delivery
- When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 2-3 weeks or longer. Please wait 45 days from shipment before contacting us.

We cannot refund or replace lost items until 45 working days after the date of despatch.
e-pouch cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Returns Policy


e-pouch are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, there may be times were you need to return your order, so we have introduced a '15 Day No-Quibble Money Back Guarantee'. Return the item to us within 15 days of delivery and we will refund you the price you paid for the goods.

To take advantage of the '15 Day No-Quibble Money Back Guarantee', you just need to fill let us know your Full Name, Email Address, Product Code, Invoice Number reason for return and send the goods back to us. See our Returns Procedure below.

Returns Procedure:
(1) Introduction
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
(2) Returns
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 15 days (UK) and 45 days (International) following the date of purchase of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.
(3) Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:
(a) repackage the case in its original packaging
(b) include a copy of the invoice
Products returned under this policy must be sent (we would recommend recorded delivery) to:

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

(4) Refunds
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.
(5) Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
